Cancellation conditions
Cancellation conditions for priority periods:
- We are able to accept cancellations free of charge until 16.00 on the 7th day before arrival.
- In case of cancellation within 7 days or earlier departure after arrival, 30 % of the cancelled accommodation will be charged as a penalty.
- If cancelled within 72 hours or in case of no-show, 50% of the booked accommodation (min. 1 night) will be charged as a penalty
Cancellation conditions for non-priority periods:
- If cancelled within 24 hours or in case of no-show, 50% of the booked accommodation (min. 1 night) will be charged as a penalty

If you have any requests, questions or problems, please do not hesitate to contact our reception staff.
Rooms are opened with a magnetic card, which can be collected at reception on arrival. This card is also used to power the rooms and is placed in the unit next to the entrance door. Please hand in the magnetic card at reception before departure. If you find an abandoned card in the hotel, please hand it in at reception.
Our restaurant services
Restaurant opening hours:
food service between 12:00 - 21:30.
Breakfast:
Every day between 07:00 - 10:00
- If you wish to leave earlier, you can order a cold breakfast pack to go. Please let the restaurant or reception know by 20:00 the night before.
- For guests arriving after 10:00, an a la carte breakfast is served in the breakfast corridor next to the restaurant until 11:00.
- If there are fewer than 15 guests staying at the hotel, hot meals from the breakfast selection can be freshly prepared to order.
- Breakfast room service: breakfast is served in your room upon request. Please let us know at the restaurant or reception before 20:00 the evening before. The room service fee is 2.000 HUF / occasion and will be automatically charged to your account.
Half board dinner:
Every day between 18:00 - 21:30
- In our hotel we offer a buffet dinner, if less than 15 guests are staying at the hotel, we offer a 3-course dinner with a choice of 3 courses from a limited menu instead of the buffet dinner.
- Both our daily room rates and package deals include half board.

The 16+ quiet relaxation area in our wellness area offers a sauna for those who wish to unwind.
Opening hours: every day 11.00-18.00.
Our beauty-salon is located next to our fitness-hall, where we offer hair-styling, cosmetics services, manicure and pedicure treatments. And in our salt-tub, with a panoramic view you are guaranteed to have your skin “revitalized”!
You can find our fitness facilities on the 1st floor of The Green House. It is equipped with the most modern cardio and fitness equipments, our guests can use our fitness facilities for free any time within opening hours.
Next to the fitness room you will find our beauty salon, where we offer hairdressing and beauty services, please refer to the detailed information in the folder or contact our reception.
We also offer massage services for our guests in their own rooms or in the Red Tower Salon, for a detailed price list please see the folder.

Electric charging station
Our newest service for our guests arriving with electric cars is the electric charging station in the parking lot.
Wake up
Guests can request a wake-up call by telephone, which can be made the day before on extension 200 or in person at reception.
Cleaning
Rooms are cleaned between 10:00 and 13:00 every day. If you would like extra cleaning, you can indicate this by the "Cleaning please" sign on the door handle. If this time is not convenient for you, you can leave a "Please do not disturb" sign outside the door on the doorknob. and we will try again in the afternoon or the next day.
Room towels and bed linen are changed daily on request.
Bathrobe
For the comfort of our guests, we provide 1 bathrobe per person for the duration of their stay, which is changed every 7 days. More frequent changes are available on request and for a fee. Bathrobes can be purchased at our reception for 10.000 HUF / piece.
Pillow, extra bed linen, mattress topper
We can provide spare pillows, several types of pillows (memory foam and silicone fibre), extra blankets and bedspreads on request, please ask at reception. For the maximum comfort of our guests, we can also provide mattress toppers on request, which are anti-allergenic and provide an even more comfortable sleep. The topper is available at a daily price of 2.000 HUF and can be requested at our reception.
Slippers, bathroom chair
We provide bath slippers for our guests, which can be purchased at our reception for 1.000 HUF / pair. Bathroom chairs are provided free of charge on request.
Cleaning products
In addition to the toiletries in the rooms, we offer toothbrushes, shavers, body lotions and other hygiene products for 500 HUF / piece.
Laundry, ironing, sewing and dry cleaning
Upon request, we provide laundry, ironing and sewing services for an extra charge. If you inform our receptionist before 9 a.m., your request will be fulfilled within 12 hours.
Shoe cleaning service
Within the hotel, there is a shoe shine machine in the hotel lobby and shoe shine equipment in the rooms.
Smoking
All rooms are non-smoking, so smoking is only allowed in designated areas - the Mediterranean Terrace on the ground floor, the designated area in front of the reception and on the balconies and terraces upstairs. For fire, environmental and aesthetic reasons, please dispose of cigarette butts in the ashtray only. Please note that if you smoke in the room, you will be charged a surcharge of 50% of the room price. Thank you for your understanding!
Energy saving
Guests are kindly requested to close the balcony door when leaving the room and to always remove the magnetic card from the power supply and take it with them. All rooms in our hotel - including yours - are air-conditioned, the cooling can be individually controlled by our guests, during which time please close the windows! Please turn off the air conditioning when leaving the room for reasons of economy. If you have any questions or problems regarding the use of the equipment, please let us know at the reception desk.
Minibar
The fridge in the room is exclusively for drinks prepared by the hotel, the price list is on the top of the fridge. The quantity consumed will be replenished daily and the cost of consumption will be charged to your account daily. Please use our minibar summary sheet and inform the reception of your last daily consumption before departure.
Use of safe
All our rooms have a digital safe with a lockable number to protect your valuables. Please note that we cannot be held responsible for valuables left outside the safe. Thank you for your understanding!
For early arrivals and late departures, luggage storage is available at reception until the room is occupied or after you leave.
Phone use
Local and national calls can be made directly from the rooms. Outgoing calls from the room will be charged to the guest's account, please see the telephone information for more details and call numbers.
Internet access, computer assistance
We provide wired and wireless (Wi-Fi) internet access in the rooms and public areas of our hotel. Using a cable will automatically connect your device.
If our guests have any IT problems - accessing the internet, etc. - we are available at reception.
Fax, photocopying, printing
Fax and photocopying services are available at reception for a fee.

Parking
The hotel has a 50-space guarded parking lot, which is free of charge for our guests. Our hotel also has 2 closed garages at a price of 3.000 HUF / night, subject to availability.

Car, ticket and flower ordering, car rental
If you would like to order a car, flowers, cake, surprise gift, theatre, cinema, beach or other tickets, please contact our reception staff. You can find our current programme of attractions on our website or in the Itinerary Guide provided in your room.
Weekly and daily newspapers, umbrella
Current weekly and daily newspapers and monthly magazines are available for our guests at our reception. Umbrellas are available free of charge at our reception.
Room loan
Our guests do not need to pay immediately in cash for the services used on the hotel premises, they only need to show their room card to prove the room number and sign the invoice as accepted. The total charges will be paid in one lump sum at the reception upon departure.
Credit cards
In addition to cash, guests can also pay their hotel bill at the reception with credit cards - Mastercard, Visa, American Express, JCB - and Széchényi Pihenő card.

Pets are welcome in our hotel, please contact reception for more information about our pet-friendly rooms.
