Restaurant a’la carte
Our a la carte hotel-restaurant welcomes our guest every day of the week. For the current actual menu,please turn to our restaurant (Phone: 202).
Car ordering, car rental
If you wish to order a car or passenger transport service, please turn to our receptionist!
Bedside rug, extra bedlinen, pillows, mattress top
Upon request we provide our guests with washable bedside rugs, extra pillows, several types of pillows (for example memory foam, silicon fiber feather pillow). Please, turn to our receptionist with your requests. For the maximum comfort of our guests, upon request we provide toppers as well, which makes sleep even more comfortable, and antiallergenic linen. The toppers are HUF 2,000 per day and may be requested at the reception.
Changing bedlinen
The bed linen in the room must be changed for min. 7-noght stay, we change it twice. We provide daily bedlinen change to our guests upon request. Please, indicate your request at the reception. Extra cost for this: HUF 5.000 / bedding set.
Baby equipment
Upon request, we provide a baby bed in the room (with a baby quilt and a baby pillow), a bathtub, a step stool, and a high chair in the restaurant. These devices are available while supplies last. Baby changing table is located in the accessible bathroom next to the restaurant.

Bar
The bar at the receptionj offers alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks and snacks 24 hours a day, every day of the week. Room service can be requested for a fee.
Presetting
We offer a surprise service upon your arrival to the room. The presetting fee is HUF 1,500 per occasion (e.g. champagne, fruit bowl, dessert bowl). Please ask the receptionist about current offers and prices.
Shoeshine
You can find our shoeshine machine at the main entrance of the hotel. In case of need, we make your shoes cleaned for an extra charge. Please indicate your request at the reception. Please indicate your need for a shoe cleaning kit at the recepction.
Luggage storage/luggage transport
Please, turn to our receptionist colleagues.
Smoking
Every room in our hotel is nonsmoking, thus smoking is only allowed in the designated smoking areas, please, place cigarette butts only in the ashtrays for fire safety and aesthetic reasons! We inform our guests that if they smoke in their room, there will be a 50% surcharge. We appreciate your understanding!
Lunch
We provide lunch for our guests, according to our a ’la carte menu, or our daily offer menu starting at 12:00.
Electricity
In Hungary 220V/50Hz is used.
Electric charging station
An electric charging station is available for our guests arriving by electric car. Please contact the reception for information on using our private parking.
Energy efficiency
We request our guests to close the balcony door upon leaving the room every time, and always take the magnetic card out of the power supply and take it with yourself! Every room in our hotel is air-conditioned, our guests can custom set the temperature, meanwhile please keep the doors and windows closed! For the sake of environmentally conscious energy efficiency, please switch the air conditioning off when you leave the room. If you experience any problem with the device, please inform the receptionist!

Our guests can ask for a wake-up call, please inform our reception on number 200 or personally on the previous day.

Half-board dinner
Every day between 18:00 and 21:30.
Our hotel offers a buffet dinner. If there are less than 20 hotel guests at any time, instead of the buffet dinner we provide a 4-course dinner with a choice of dishes.
Photocopies, printing
We provide photocopying and printing services at the reception for a fee. Photocopying, printing: HUF 50/page (black and white).
Personal and secure printing and scanning facilities are available at the private section room.
Bathrobe
For the sake of the comfort of our guests, for the duration of their hotel stay we provide 1 bathrobe per person, which we replace once every 4 days. You can request replacement more often for an extra charge.
Child beds/Spare beds
For underage children we provide a child bed, or a spare bed for adults in the rooms that are suitable for this.
Babysitting / children’s corner
We provide babysitting upon request, after consultation and for an extra charge, please ask our receptionist.
The children’s corner is on the area of our City section. Use it with parental supervision at your own responsibility.
We have organized programs for children that are announced in advance, please ask our receptionist.
Pets
Dogs and cats are welcome at our hotel. Pets are allowed for an extra charge in the designated rooms. There are separate trash-bins for dog owners in the hotel park.
Newspapers, magazines
We provide fresh newspapers, weeklies and magazines to our guests.
Information materials
Information materials and tourist guides are among the informative publications in the rooms, or ask for information personally at the reception.
Internet
We provide wireless (Wi-Fi) internet access to our guests in the rooms and social premises. Please, ask for the Wi-Fi password upon arrival at the reception.
Camera system
In order to ensure the safety of our guests, a fixed camera surveillance system operates in the common areas.
Gym, multifunctional sports field
On the 1st floor of the Green House we have a gym equipped with cardio and fitness machines that welcomes our guests unlimitedly during its open hours. Open hours: 09:00-21:00 daily.
There is a multifunctional sports field in the open area of our hotel, which is suitable for football, basketball, handball and tennis.
Air-conditioning
Most of our hotel rooms are air-conditioned. Our guests can custom set the temperature, meanwhile please keep the doors and windows closed! For the sake of environmentally conscious energy efficiency, please switch the air conditioning off when you leave the room. If you experience any problem with the device, please inform the receptionist!
Magnetic card, room key
The room keys are magnetic cards that our guests receive on arrival at the reception. This key is also needed for electricity supply in the rooms. Place it in the reading unit next to the door, please return the magnetic card to the reception before you travel home. Please, if you find a lost magnetic card in the hotel, bring it to the reception. Thank you!
Massage
Information about our massage service is in our information booklet together with current offers and prices. Please, make an appointment at the reception.
Minibar
There is a Minibar in all the rooms with an assortment of refreshments and alcoholic drinks. We check and refill your minibar and charge your consumption on your account every day. Please settle your minibar bill on the day of departure.
Laundry, ironing and dry-cleaning, sewing service
On demand – for extra charge – we provide laundry, ironing, dry-cleaning and sewing services. Please, inform our colleagues before 9 o’clock in the morning and you can get your clothes back within 12 hours on weekdays. On weekends it can last for 24 hours.
Slippers - Available on request at reception.
Upon request, we can provide an iron and ironing board.
Technical error
If you notice any technical problems in the hotel, please report them to our reception as soon as possible! Thank you for your assistance!
Doctor
Please, inform the receptionist in case of any problem. We can call an ambulance, if that is necessary.
Slippers, bathroom chair
Upon request we provide slippers to our guests, which can be purchased at the reception for HUF 1,000 per pair. We also provide bathroom chairs upon request free of charge.
Parking
Our hotel’s 50 stall parking garage is enclosed and partially monitored by cameras, which our guests can use free of charge. 2 enclosed parking garages are also available to our guests for HUF 3,000 per night, depending on occupancy. We do not take responsibility for valuables left in the cars or damage caused by others to the parked cars. Our hotel also has bus parking.

On our hotel’s area there is a petting-zoo, a lookout, a wax-museum, a multifunctional sports field, a beach volleyball court as well as archery and a fishing spots welcoming our guests. Please, inquire at the reception about using sports equipment and bicycle renting.
Breakfast
In our hotel you can enjoy a plentiful breakfast at 7:00-10:00. If you wish to have breakfast before 7:00, please let our colleagues know on the previous day that you need a cold breakfast package. We welcome our early travelling guest with hot coffee and tea.
If there are less than 15 guests at our hotel, we prepare the hot meals in the breakfast menu fresh upon ordering.
Breakfast room service: upon your request we can serve breakfast in your room. Please inform us about your request on the 202# phone number. The breakfast menu is on the breakfast menü service sheet. The room service fee is HUF 2,000 per occasion, which we automatically charge on you bill.
Events / conferences
Highland hall, Transylvania hall, Knuckle grill, Gentleman’s breakfast room, Wine cellar. A banquet is possible for up to 150 people.
Please, inquire about the availability and prices of our event halls as well as the accessibility of our event organizer at the reception.
PC and IT technical assistance
If you need a PC, we can provide you a laptop. In case a technical problem occurs, turn to our receptionists.
Sport equipment
Explore the area with our e-bikes. For information on hal and fully day rentals, please contact reception.
For other available equipment, billiard, foosball, air hockey, ps, xbox, please inquire at recepction. Available for a fee.
Use of the tartan-covered multifunkcional sports field is free of charge.
Using the safe
In all of our rooms a combination coded digital safe provides safety for your valuables. We call your attention that we do not take responsibility for the valuables that are not placed in the safe. Thank you for your understanding! For our guest who arrive early or depart late, we provide luggage storage at the reception until they can enter their room or after the need to leave the room.
Room credit
Our guests don’t need to pay immediately for the services in the hotel. It is sufficient to show the room card to identify their room number, then sign the receipt. The total bill can be paid at the time of departure, in a single sum, at the reception.
Room service
In our hotel room service is available from 7:00-23:00. The room service is available for HUF 2,000 surcharge per occasion. Please inform us about your request on the 202# phone number or personally at the restaurant. Room service options can be found on our restaurant menu and on our website (gastronomy).
Room cleaning
The daily room cleaning is at 10:00-14:00. If you request extra room cleaning, you can indicate that by hanging the “Extra room cleaning” sign on the doorknob. If the given time is not suitable for you, please indicate that by hanging the “Do not disturb” sign on the doorknob, and we will attempt the cleaning again in the afternoon or on the next day.

Please, turn to our colleagues.
Phone
You can make local or long-distance calls directly from the rooms. We charge the cost of outgoing calls made from rooms to the bills of our guests, you can find further information about this and the called numbers in the phone information.
Tv
Several preprogrammed multi-language channels are available to our guests.
Map
City map is free and available at the reception. Our colleagues are at your service to plan any excursions or tour.
Hygiene supplies
On top of the hygiene supplies in the rooms, upon request we offer toothbrushes, razors, body lotions and other hygiene supplies for HUF 500/piece.
Towel
One hand towel and one large towel are placed in the room per person. It is replaced during the daily cleaning of the room, in the event that the maids indicate their need by placing the textile on the floor. The wellness towels can be found at the entrance to the wellness area, and please put them in the laundry basket after use.
Excursion packages
We provide our guests with takeout cold foods for recreational programs. Please, indicate your needs at the restaurant or the reception.
Fire safety
To avoid causing fire, please don’t use your own electrical equipment (coffee maker, immersion heater, iron etc.) in the rooms. In the buildings fire-alarms and fire-extinguishers are available. In the rooms smoke detectors are installed. In case of fire, a siren warns our guests. In this case, please follow the exit route indicated on the fire plan. Please, before leaving the room, switch off all the electrical equipment.

Spa
For real refreshment and relaxation of body and spirit, you can use the spa section of the hotel that satisfies all desires. The indoors unit of our spa section is in the deep-ground floor of the Castle – with warm water adventure pool and counter-flow swimming pool, jacuzzi, Finnish sauna, a steam bath, infra-sauna, which reminds of the atmosphere of Turkish baths, while our seasonally operated outdoors pool provides true family recreation and relaxation.
Our spa section’s 16+ quite zone welcomes guests who wish to relax with sauna. Open hours: 11:00-18:00 daily. Inquire at the reception about the afterhours private use of the sauna in the quite zone.
Water
The water prepared in the room can be consumed free of charge. The tap water is of potable quality.
Other information
We ask our dear guest to pay exceptional attention to the environmental cleanliness of our hotel, please use the trash-bins!
